However, there is one thing that can mitigate almost all these errors and most failures lack: a business plan. This course looks at why a business plan is so important, gives an overview of how to create a business plan, and starts the process by discussing the management section of the plan. This course is absolutely necessary for anyone starting a practice or anyone who has a practice without a business plan. It is the ONE thing that can most positively impact your business…let’s make it happen! This course is part of an ongoing series of classes in our Mastering Business for Acupuncturists series which looks at business, practice, and marketing with an emphasis on helping acupuncturists become as successful as possible.
