According to Chinese medicine, diet and lifestyle are the most important part of any treatment plan and are more vital to the long-term health of your patients than anything else you do for them in your clinic. This course will bring focus to some of the diet issues that you can help your patients with. This course covers: (1) The basic theories of Chinese dietary therapy (2) The Chinese medical descriptions of commonly eaten foods (3) Parasites and Chinese medicine (4) Cooked vs. raw food (5) Obesity and Chinese medicine (6) Vegetarianism or not?
