Moxa is an excellent way to deeply warm the body, more important now, as we head into winter. In fact, between the change of seasons, there is a two week period which Susans Teacher, Dr. Ta, refers to as “Moxa Season.” Do you know about the Moxa Seasons? Every year there are several two-week windows based on the lunar calendar, where the Ming Men (the Gateway to the Kidney) is wide open.
