No need to do an all or nothing approach; its possible to grow into a mature business plan without overwhelm. In this course, you’ll learn: (1) Why you need a business plan? (2) Specific structure for your business plan. (3) How to do this plan in stages so you dont fall prey to overwhelm?

- Learn the sections in a business plan.
- Adjust expectations so this is not an all or nothing approach, but rather something feasible that can be done in stages.

0 hrs - 30 minThis will start with a course introduction. We will then move onto the content outline and sections of a business plan.
30 min - 1 hrsContinuing with the content outline, we will break down each section. Different types of plans will be duscussed.
1 hrs - 1.5 hrsWe will then move to proper communication for your business plan. Well also cover actionable steps for your business plan and a course summary.
