15 min - 45 minCauses of blood stasis from an environmental perspective. Identifying platelet aggregation and poor blood flow (blood stasis) as the primary proximal cause of cardiovascular disease and death.

45 min - 1 hrsDiscuss the methodologies and principles utilized to prevent cardiovascular disease. Examine herbal formulas, supplements and lifestyle to correct and prevent blood stasis.
